The tyre warning light came on after about 8 miles which needed me to go to and get the tyres checked. They were ok ? Caused by the service doing something (? Brake work) and not re configuring ?

I am an elderly lady and I have have been to garages in the past where I have felt it was a burden for them to serve me. I have never had that feeling at Mini Cooper Durham they are all so very welcoming and respectful.

There was a breakdown in communication in the deal being agreed. I was under the impression that we were arranging a part exchange deal whereas the sales person was basing figures without part exchange. The deal cost me an addition £27 per month.

When dropping the car with Cooper Durham they were helpful and said it would not be a problem to have the car delivered back to me. Obviously contradicting what I was told on the booking line.
