We had to ring a couple of times to see if there was any news on delivery date. I felt like one phone call per week would have kept us in the loop.
Work not done but not a problem. I asked for a quote and it was given. I did not go ahead with the work but this was not a prob.

I took my car in, it was delt with efficiently , the garage said they would ring me with a quote before they started any work, which they did, before commencing the work.
Dan kept in touch with me via email each week until delivery letting me know the progress of my car. The car came a day earlier than expected and he had it ready for collection the following day.
All good and price are affordable (also manage to get 50% off for MOT because I booked online!).
Ellie was very patient with all my questions and at no point did I feel pressured to buy a car from her, which is a huge plus, no one wants to feel pressured in any way on making a big financial decision. She made the buying process a pleasure.
Ruth was friendly, efficient and professional. Other staff were courteous and very welcoming.

Staff were helpful. The video was a nice touch but did not explain exactly what was done to my car, just that it was a healthy car check. I want to know what procedures were actually done as part of the service.
Again this is down to the care and attention of Andrea. Excellent employee to have.

The car was collected and a courtesy car provided at the time that was agreed and a cleaned and washed (most importantly!) repaired car was returned earlier than expected
Of the few items identified during its MOT I was unsure about the potential of further wear/ highlighted issues that did not fail the test but have been brought to my attention. The tensioner pulley / alternator belt cracked ? - advised replacement.
Ellie was incredibly helpful and took the time to understand my requirements
Helpful & informative, and delivered my car home after repair with no fuss. Dealt with insurance for tyre replacement without me having to do a thing. MINI emergency also brilliant
