Dealer has extended the warranty by an additional year following the service. I feel this does not reflect the risk and reduction in value associated with the missing service.
Everything was carried out as specified; clear information and help given. And I was well looked after while waiting for a friend to collect me from the dealership.
waiting in wrong dept for approx 15 minutes before staff realised the error and directed me to the correct dept. Initially I was told the service would take about 1.5 hours but on the day was told it would be much longer. The valet wasnt satisfactory

I have now had 3 Mini's and every Service during the last 10 years of driving a mini , my service experiences have been completely satisfactory.
I feel extremely disappointed with this service at MiniCooper Durham. This is my 3rd Mini from this garage. I do not think I was given the truth regarding the handbrake. Why did they tighten it if it was in the parameters expected.

My car was delivered on time and I was provided with loan car
Usual good service. I was advised that there was wear on the brakes but there was some vagueness as to whether they needed doing bearing in mind the car had passed it's test and had several months wear left on them.
Danniel was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the experience. He kept me informed throughout the process, I once again felt i was a valued mini customer.
