As I have already stated I am very satisfied with my Mini Except for the seats.Only approx 3500Miles (vertualy a new car) and second 're padding needed. Not exactly high proficiency by Mini cooper standard.

I feel extremely disappointed with this service at MiniCooper Durham. This is my 3rd Mini from this garage. I do not think I was given the truth regarding the handbrake. Why did they tighten it if it was in the parameters expected.

Usual good service. I was advised that there was wear on the brakes but there was some vagueness as to whether they needed doing bearing in mind the car had passed it's test and had several months wear left on them.

Everything was great except the girl tried to charge me £600 on the day of the transaction for some type of guard cover after telling us at the initial quote this would be removed
