the technicians were very thorough and identified the many faults with my vehicle and rectified them, they took time to answer my questions aswell and as I have said Nicole is a credit to Mini a very professional and capable young lady.

Nothing is too much trouble for the The Mini team at Durham.On this particular occasion I had to also visit the BM W section. I spoke to Andrea who was so helpful , I really couldn't have been in better hands.
